The Smith & Wesson M&P15 AXE short-barreled rifle (SKU 13888) is an NFA .300 Blackout carbine with an 8-inch 4150 CMV barrel, 5R rifling, and a 1:7.5 twist. The muzzle is 5/8-24 with a thread protector so a .30-caliber suppressor mounts without a factory flash hider in the way.

Gemtech’s GVAC direct-impingement system uses an expansion chamber in the gas block to pull residual gas out the muzzle instead of back through the action, so the rifle does not rely on an adjustable gas block for suppressed use. A 7-inch Midwest Industries Combat free-float M-LOK handguard, Radian Raptor ambidextrous charging handle, ambidextrous safety, magazine catch and bolt release, and a flat-face trigger complete the AXE layout.

The SBR wears a Magpul CTR stock and folding backup irons. One 30-round PMAG is included. Finish is black. NFA transfer is required.
