Just received the parts to add the safety to my P365. Works great!!! Follow the video that Osage did on Youtube and you will not have any issues. The video OSAGE did; not others is the most detailed in order to get it right the first time.

Like other reviewers, I had to buy one of the 3 parts elsewhere. Can't blame OSG for that, and they got the 3rd part in, and notified me, a couple days after my order had shipped. The parts all did what they should, modifying my frame with their template was a lot easier than I expected, and assembly of the safety into the FCG was almost ridiculously smooth with the tip OSG posted to orient the detent properly. OSG is not able to keep everything I want in stock, but nobody is. They communicate very well, and their prices are fair (even if almost everything gun-related costs more than I want it to). What's not to like?

I purchased the manual safety ,detent and spring.In my opinion the parts are quality. It would be worth your time to watch OC's video on installing the safety. However I would install the trigger assembly into the grip housing before trying the safety. If you don't, the safety can move sideways and launch the micro detent and spring. take my word for it.I also put Grizzly grease on the area the detent travels. OC Guns is a pleasure to deal with.

It would be nice if it came with the detent and spring but it was pretty clear it did not and I did not expect that. For anyone installing it make sure the detent is lined up correctly or the safety will not function properly. The ridge on the detent needs to be lined up correctly..

5 minute install once I had all the parts in hand. A little stiff at first but a drop of grease and a few series of on/off and smoothed right out.

These are hard to find. I bought the module here @ Osage in January, and bought this last week. Waiting on spring and detente to arrive next week , from another retailer. Great service from Osage.
Good safety but not complete

I was hoping to be able to install this on my P365XL. However, upon receiving I found out this was not the complete conversion. It does not have the spring or detent. So it is pretty much worthless until I buy them.
