This is the STD system: the front ring uses a dovetail that can pivot, and the rear ring is held by windage screws so you can bore-sight without using up the scope's windage. Pair it with Leupold STD rings (five heights). Base-to-receiver screws: 22 in-lb. Windage screws: 45 in-lb.
