The Polite Society Fortitude 5.56 Ti is a full-size 5.56 NATO suppressor that weighs 6.40 ounces. That number is the whole point. Most shooters accept that hanging a rifle can off the muzzle changes how the gun handles — it gets nose-heavy, it swings slower, and by the end of a long day you feel it. At 6.4 oz. and five inches, the Fortitude Ti largely takes that trade off the table.

It gets there through geometry rather than by cutting length. The 3D-printed Grade-5 titanium core runs Polite Society's Tripass Core Technology™: three gas paths — a central bore plus two helical bypass channels — feeding three expansion and mixing chambers where counter-clockwise blades disrupt and cool the gas. Because the gas is being split and routed rather than dammed against a baffle stack, you get a large drop in sound signature without the backpressure that sends gas back into the action and into your face. On a direct-impingement AR, that difference is immediately obvious.

Acoustic Golfball Dimpling™ covers the interior surfaces, adding internal volume and deepening the tone of the report. Polite Society's testing puts the benefit at roughly what an undimpled can would need another 1.5 inches to match — length and weight designed out instead of bolted on.

Mounting

The Fortitude 5.56 Ti runs the industry-standard HUB interface, so your existing HUB mounts and adapters carry straight over. It also ships with the HUB Mounted Brake™: a 1/2×28 direct-thread mount machined from 17-4 stainless with an integrated flash hider, cutting muzzle flash at the source. A hex drive means installation and removal with a standard wrench, no proprietary tool.
