SIG Sauer 8901364 is the factory extended magazine catch for current P226 and P229 pistols that use the reversible split mag catch. The kit is the extended catch, the mag-catch spring, and the mag-catch stop — the parts you need to swap the release, not a frame or a magazine.

SIG lists it for newer P226 and P229 frames, including P226X, P226XCA, and P226-XFIVE. The longer pad is easier to hit on a reload. SIG warns the extra length can change how some holsters fit around the mag-catch area, so check your holster after you install it.
