FTX is the Flex Tip bullet. The elastomer nose is safe in a tubular magazine and still starts expansion. Hornady loads it for a flatter path than a conventional flat-point 10mm. From their table: 1,220 fps and 496 ft-lb at the muzzle. Brass case. On some firearms Hornady notes a newer magazine follower may be needed so the last round feeds.
