Was looking for a sub compact .357 barrel (3.6 inch), the description stated it was a 3.6 inch sub compact barrel, so I ordered it. Customer service called me to verify the purchase, I checked with her that it was indeed a 3.6 inch barrel, she confirmed it to me over the phone that, yes, it was a 3.6 inch barrel. When it arrived it was a 3.9 inch barrel. Sent it back for a refund, customer service and employee were awesome, incorrect information on website is a negative. I would use their business again, but will triple check the purchase, it may not be what was advertised.
