A 3.5-Inch Inertia Gun for Waterfowl

The Inertia-Driven system is the reason people trust this platform in a wet blind: it does not need adjusting, it stays cleaner than a gas gun, and Benelli rates it for everything from light field loads to 3-1/2" magnums. Minimum recommended load is 3-dram, 1-1/8 oz. Magazine capacity is 3+1.

The Easy Locking Bolt System is Benelli's patented breech lock, built so a 3.5-inch chamber still runs the lighter stuff. Controls are sized for gloves: oversized bolt handle, bolt release, and safety, plus an outward-angled drop lever. The Easy Loading System uses a beveled, wider loading port with guide grooves, a redesigned carrier, and a two-piece carrier latch — only the front section of the latch moves, so shells feed with less fight.

GORE OPTIFADE Timber

Benelli finishes the stock, receiver, and barrel in GORE OPTIFADE Timber. That is the camo on this shotgun. Right-handed Comfort Tech 3 stock, standard grip.

Comfort Tech 3 and Combtech

Comfort Tech 3 splits the stock on a diagonal and uses shock-absorbing chevrons, so the whole stock works like a recoil pad. Chevron size and location are the Comfort Tech 3 layout. Combtech is the cheek pad; Benelli built it to cut facial impact and vibration, which is the part that makes you flinch on heavy steel.

Factory stock dimensions: length of pull 14-3/8", drop at heel 2-1/8", drop at comb 1-3/8". A shim kit is included so you can set drop and cast.

28-Inch Crio Barrel

The barrel is Crio treated — cryogenically cooled to -300°F to relieve hammer-forging stress and even the bore. Benelli puts a carbon-fiber stepped rib on top and a red-bar front sight. Overall length is 49.6 inches. The receiver is drilled and tapped.
