The ROTEX 7.62 Ti is the .30-caliber member of B&T's ROTEX family, built in titanium for the shooters who care most about what a suppressor does to a rifle's balance. Titanium is the reason a .30-cal can can be carried on a hunting or precision rifle without the muzzle-heavy penalty that steel and Inconel bring. Like the rest of the line it is additively manufactured and weldless and ships with the Rotex-SF HUB adapter, backward compatible with any 1.375x24 TPI HUB device. Why Titanium on a .30 Cal

Weight matters more as bore diameter goes up. A .30-caliber suppressor has to be physically larger than a 5.56 can to do the same job, so the material choice drives whether the finished rifle still handles. Titanium gives a substantial weight reduction over Inconel or stainless at the same dimensions — which is why B&T offers titanium as the premium option across its lineup rather than as the budget one.

B&T Suppressor Warranty

B&T states: "If your suppressor becomes non-functional or damaged during non-negligent use, we will be replacing your suppressor free of charge." Discontinued models are eligible for an upgrade to the appropriate generation equivalent. Use of a 0-twist rifled barrel voids the warranty, as do handloads, incorrect-caliber ammunition, bore obstructions, and unauthorized repair attempts.
