The TiGER22 Ti is a four-ounce rimfire suppressor. That number is the entire pitch. On a .22 pistol or a light bolt-action trainer, four ounces is the difference between a gun that still handles and one that feels like it has a brick on the muzzle. B&T gets there with 3D printed, weldless titanium construction, in a package 5.1 inches long and just 1.2 inches in diameter, threaded 1/2x28 direct thread. Made in the USA. B&T part number SD-TiGer22-Ti.
Natural Titanium Finish
The TiGER22 Ti ships in a sleek natural titanium finish — a light silver-gray, Type 2 anodized, with B&T's laser-engraved hex pattern wrapping the tube. It reads as what it is: a machined titanium precision part rather than a painted steel tube. The tube carries "B&T USA, Tampa, FL" and "Cal. 22LR" engraving.
Printed Titanium, Weldless
B&T produces the TiGER22 by additive manufacturing as a single weldless titanium structure — no baffle stack welded into a tube, and no weld seams to fail. In a rimfire can that will accumulate lead and carbon over thousands of rounds, that structural integrity matters more than it might seem for a low-pressure cartridge. B&T notes the printed titanium also provides superior corrosion resistance.
Rated for More Than .22 LR
B&T rates the TiGER22 for .22 LR, with additional ratings that include .223 in bolt-action only and 5.7x28mm. It is full-auto rated in .22 LR. Confirm the exact approved caliber list with us before running anything other than .22 LR through it — B&T's own published caliber listings for this can are inconsistent between pages, and using a suppressor outside its rating voids the warranty and can destroy the can.
Cleaning — Important
Rimfire suppressors accumulate lead and unburned powder faster than any other type, so cleaning is not optional. B&T's published position is that its suppressors are sealed units and should not be opened. B&T's stated cleaning procedure is a soak-and-rinse with the can sealed: cap one end, fill with cleaning solution, let stand 15–20 minutes, shake, rinse with warm water, and blow out with compressed air. Follow B&T's procedure — do not attempt to disassemble.

Who This Suppressor Is For
Anyone building a suppressed .22 — and that is most people's first suppressor, because rimfire is cheap, quiet, and the best possible introduction to shooting suppressed. At four ounces it belongs on a .22 pistol, a lightweight bolt gun, or a takedown rifle where added muzzle weight would ruin the handling.
B&T Suppressor Warranty
B&T states: "If your suppressor becomes non-functional or damaged during non-negligent use, we will be replacing your suppressor free of charge." Discontinued models are eligible for an upgrade to the appropriate generation equivalent. Handloads, incorrect-caliber ammunition, bore obstructions, and unauthorized repair attempts are excluded.
