Unlike what’s pictured, the mags I received (happily) were marked “made in Italy” and are excellent quality. The Italian made Sig mags have always performed well for me, and these are no exception. No problems with loading to capacity, perfect function at the range. Very satisfied with this purchase. Osage service is outstanding.
Quality isn't Cheap

Sig Sauer magazines, like any other brand, are considered "expendable supplies", but to insure they will remain serviceable, these magazines are coated with "preservative" lubricants, to prevent corrosion while shipped, and stored on vendors shelves. A thorough cleaning is recommended prior to use, magazines should be clean and dry inside for use. Wiping down the exterior with an oily rag is fine. When "new" with their springs at maximum tension, they may not accept the stated "Capacity"... fear not, load what you can, and let it set for a couple of days, then install the final rounds. Magazine springs will lose tension after cycling, until they will no longer hold the slide to the rear, when empty. Then you start the cycle all over with new magazines, or springs, whichever in more available.
