How to Size and Cut It

NexBelt's published guidance: start with your pant size and add 4 inches for EDC and gun-belt carry — that covers both IWB and OWB. Turn the belt over, use the printed scaling system on the back to find your pant size, add the recommended inches, and cut along the dotted line with scissors. Slide the strap into the buckle and tighten the screws. You can always trim further; you can't add it back.
