The body fuses polymer with a hardened-steel frame. Steel feedlips wrap 360 degrees so the mag drops free. A Teflon-infused coating is on the steel. The follower and locking plate are red. The floorplate is shaped to pull from a pouch. ETS lists this mag at about half the weight of an all-steel tube. Base plates interchange with ETS 9 mm double-stack magazines.
