This is a brand new OEM Sig Sauer P365 Grip Module (Black). This grip is not cut for a manual safety. It would need to be modified to accommodate a manual safety. Installation is very easy. You simply clear your pistol and remove the slide. Then use a punch to remove the rear retaining pin and the fire control unit will lift out of the grip. Move the fire control unit to the new grip and replace the retaining pin and then reinstall the slide.

I bought this trigger along with the grip module, safety detent, detent spring, and safety selector. I am very satisfied with the overall experience except that the trigger and grip module both have scratches all over them fresh out of the packaging. Pretty disappointed now that I finally have everything I wanted for the gun but cosmetically it looked better before the purchase. Buyers Beware.
