ODIN Works Mirage Suppressor Cover, 6.5", Black (OWG-SMC-BLK-6.5)
The ODIN Works Mirage Suppressor Cover is a 6.5", three-layer heat cover made in the USA. It is thicker than a single-layer wrap, so it soaks up more suppressor heat and keeps mirage out of your optic during long strings of fire. Part OWG-SMC-BLK-6.5, UPC 857116007498.
Three-Layer Construction
- Cordura 1000 exterior
- Carbon felt core that absorbs heat
- Nomex heat-resistant inner lining
Dual-Fastening System
A shoelace-style cord runs the full length of the cover and pulls tight through a clasp. A Kevlar cinch cord wraps around the diameter at the rear. Together they lock the cover in place and keep it from sliding under recoil.
Installation
Slide the cover over your suppressor with the ODIN Works logo at the muzzle end. Cinch the diameter cord at the end that threads onto your barrel. Pull the length-wise lacing tight through the plastic clasp. Then wrap the extra cord around the cover or trim it to length.

Frequently Asked Questions
What size suppressor is this for?
This is the 6.5" length. It suits suppressors around 6 to 7 inches long. ODIN also makes other lengths for longer and shorter cans.
Does a suppressor cover make the can safe to touch?
No. It reduces mirage and adds a buffer, but the suppressor underneath is still hot. Let it cool before handling or removing it.
Will it melt?
The Nomex lining is heat resistant, and the Kevlar cinch cord holds up to heat where an ordinary elastic band might fail.
