This is the Nexbelt Thin Bar Supreme Appendix belt with a MultiCam Black 1.5-inch strap. 

Nexbelt built this Thin Bar buckle for appendix carry: a granite-black powder-coated clasp, 1 1/2 by 1 11/16 inches, so it can ride at the front without crowding the waist. Three stainless-steel set screws clamp the strap. A push-button release opens the Supreme PreciseFit ratchet. The MultiCam Black nylon strap is sweat-resistant, 1 1/2 inches wide, and about 3/16 inch thick. It is stiff enough for a holster clip and trims to waists up to 50 inches. After you cut the strap, the hidden track adjusts in 1/4-inch clicks. The belt ships as a complete MultiCam Black strap and Thin Bar buckle.
