This  is the Nexbelt Titan RipStop EDC ratchet belt in smoke grey (Ripstop Operator) with a 1.5-inch strap. 

The Titan push-button buckle is granite black, textured powder-coated, and listed by Nexbelt at 1 7/8 by 2 1/5 inches. Dual stainless-steel set screws hold the strap in the clasp. The smoke-grey strap is high-density ripstop nylon with reinforcing yarns that help stop a small rip from spreading, plus a sweat-resistant backing. It is 1 1/2 inches wide and about 3/16 inch thick, built to support a holster or a day’s tools without folding. PreciseFit micro-adjusts in 1/4-inch steps. Trim the strap to fit waists up to 50 inches. The belt ships complete: smoke-grey ripstop strap and Titan buckle together.
