SIG SAUER P365-FUSE 9mm Threaded Barrel – 4.9", LCI (8902025)

A factory SIG SAUER threaded barrel for the P365-FUSE in 9mm, 4.9 inches, threaded 1/2-28 RH and finished in Nitron. It carries the factory loaded chamber indicator witness hole, and a thread protector cap is included. SIG part number 8902025, UPC 798681734634.

Factory, Not Aftermarket

SIG specifies these barrels as "specially heat-treated for toughness and durability." Buying the factory part means correct headspace, correct lockup, and a barrel that carries the same LCI witness hole as the one it replaces — so you don't lose the loaded-chamber check by upgrading.

Fitment — Read This Before Ordering

SIG's fitment statement is narrow and specific:

"Compatible with P365-FUSE models without the integrated compensator. This is not compatible with the P365-X, P365-XL, or P365-XMACRO slide assemblies."

If you have a P365-X, P365-XL, or P365-XMACRO, this is not your barrel — SIG's threaded barrel for those slides is a different part (a 4.3" barrel, SKU 8902058). If your Fuse has the integrated compensator, this barrel does not fit either.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this fit my P365XL or XMACRO?
No. SIG states explicitly that it is not compatible with P365-X, P365-XL, or P365-XMACRO slide assemblies. Those take SIG's 4.3" threaded barrel instead — contact us and we'll get you the right part.

Will it fit a compensated Fuse?
No. SIG specifies Fuse models without the integrated compensator.

Is a thread protector included?
Yes.

Does it keep the loaded chamber indicator?
Yes — the factory LCI witness hole is retained.
