What This Part Is

The take down safety is a replacement internal part used in the P365's takedown system. It is not related to thumb (manual) safety functionality and will not add a manual safety to your pistol. If you are looking for a P365 with a thumb safety, you will need a pistol or fire control unit configured that way from the factory.
